- Performance Work Statement W911N2-18-R-SL01 Capabilities Checklist W911N2-18-R-SL01 Sources Sought Notice for Information Only: This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for a Quote (RFQ). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Letterkenny Army Depot is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources. Negative replies are also sought. Letterkenny Army Depot is seeking information concerning the availability of contractors to providing machining, fabrication, cutting, grinding, deburring, and metal finishing services as per the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and capabilities checklist. Upon review of industry response to this Sources Sought Synopsis, the Government will determine whether to solicit on a sole source basis, whether to set-aside the acquisition or compete on a full and open basis. All contractors interested in supplying this service may indicate their interest in this potential acquisition by supplying responses that shall include: (1) identification of company size status, certifications, i.e. 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, small business (2) proof of experience that is recent and relevant of the services per the PWS and submitting the attached "Capabilities checklist". (3) please indicate which NAICS code(s) your company usually performs under Government contracts. (4) current certificate of registration, from an accredited certification body, demonstrating the contractor's ISO 9001:2015 Certification or provide documentation they are in the process of becoming ISO 9001:2015 certified. Documentation shall be in the form of a contract, a sales receipt or confirmation from the accredited certification body confirming that certification is in process. (5) Proof of current certification from the Joint Certification Program (JCP). For the purposes of the RFI, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 332710 - Machine Shops. The small business size standard is 500 employees. If your firm is capable of requirements described in this RFI, please provide a Capability Statement to Mr. Shaun Leatherman, shaun.r.leatherman.civ@mail.mil, AND Mr. Thomas Hall, Thomas.c.hall111.civ@mail.mil, by 08 December 2017, 1:00 P.M. Eastern Time. The government plans to use the Internet and e-mail as the primary means of disseminating and exchanging information. Hard copies of documents posted on FBO will not be made available.
