- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District is issuing a set aside for certified small business contractors for Janitorial Cleaning Services for Scarborough, ME; Portsmouth, NH, Newington, NH; Portland, ME. The NAICS code for the work described below is 561720. The project is planned to be issued in December 2017, and will be set aside for Small Businesses. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000 to $150,000. Any responsible source meeting this standard may submit a bid to be considered by the New England District. The period of performance one base year plus two optional years. The locations of work to be performed under this contract shall are listed below: This project consists of the following components: 200 Expedition Dr. Scarborough, ME 400 Expedition Dr. Scarborough, ME 875 Greenland Rd. Portsmouth, NH 755 Banfield Rd. Portsmouth, NH 2064 Woodbury Ave. Newington, NH 2 Monument Square Portland, ME 890 Main St. Sanford, ME Please note this solicitation is set aside for certified small businesses. This is not a request for proposals at this time, the solicitation requirements and contract documents to include instructions for submission and the response date will be available on or about December, 2017. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fbo.gov). All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the New England District.
