- This acquisition is a Small Business Set-Aside. This is a single National Stock Number (NSN) Request For Proposal which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus four-one year option years. The part being procured is Swivel Joint, Hydrau for NSN 1650-01-299-5982; Critical application; IAW Basic Drawing NR 81755 16H1717 Rev NR Z DTD 09/25/2002; Government First Article Testing of 1 EA; Estimated Annual Quantity of 39 each; the required delivery for the production units is 207 DARO; FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. DLA AVIATION RICHMOND does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Solicitation issue date is 18 December 2017. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select " Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB) " from the menu under the tab "Solicitations." Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download.
