- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Atlantic Charleston, SC 22140 has a requirement for the DRS Data Terminal Sets with EMI connectors and DRS Link Monitor System The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to DRS Technologies for the requirements listed below will satisfy agency requirements. DRS is the sole manufacturer and holds proprietary rights. If you are an authorized reseller of DRS, please provide a capability statement that states quoter is an authorized reseller or distributor. The contracting officer will verify quoter is an authorized reseller or distributor. The Government will accept quotes from all responsible sources with the capability to provide the Data Terminal Sets with EMI connectors and Link Monitor System to the DRS All proposals will be evaluated based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Technical acceptability for this request is defined as a proposal which must: (1) provide pricing for ALL the brand name part numbers requested; (2) propose only the brand name part numbers requested; (3) provide evidence that the quoter is an authorized reseller of the brand name manufacturer, and (4) provide that delivery can be completed for all ordered items 270 day(s) after award. Quotes are due to Shauna Lloyd, 22140, Contract Specialist, SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic by 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, 30 November 2017 The Government reserves the right to process the procurement on Brand Name based upon the responses received. The Government will not pay for any information received. The government will accept proposals via email at: shauna.lloyd@navy.mil. See attached RFQ for specific details regarding this requirement.
