Description

Pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order with SP Plus Corporation to lease seven (7) parking spaces for the FHWA Pennsylvania Federal Aid Office. No other source can satisfy this requirement as SP Plus Corporation is the only company that owns the Locust Street Garage located at 214 Locus Street, Harrisburg, PA 17101. The Locust Street Garage is the safest garage for employees at the FHWA Pennsylvania Federal Aid Office, and no other similarly secured garage is located within one block of the office. The intent of this notice is not to request competitive proposals, and any information received from interested parties will only be considered solely for determining whether a competitive procurement should be conducted. However, interested parties may submit description of their firm's capabilities for satisfying the requirement, which demonstrates they possess the ability to successfully perform this effort. The responses must be received by December 8, 2017 at 12:00 PM EST. All questions concerning this matter should be addressed directly to Ms. Courtney Palmer at Courtney.palmer@dot.gov.
