- Attachment 3 Attachment 2 Attachment 1 Solicitation Full Text Requirement Description: This requirement is for a web-based subscription to a website from which users can access Wiley online books. The Wiley Online Books Series are highly respected and frequently cited within the engineering and scientific communities. The online books are essential to aerospace research, enhancing the broad access to scientific research that is crucial to the work done at the AFRL. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order is anticipated. The subscription shall be provided for the period of 01 January 2018 - 31 December 2018. The subscription: -- shall cover a broad range of academic and scientific disciplines; -- shall have the ability to download HTML or PDF versions of the documents; -- shall provide access to multiple users via IP address (multi-user, multi-campus subscription); and -- shall provide multiple language translations of content.
