- Sole Source Justification <OFFADD>USDA, ARS, ERRC, Administrative Office; 600 East Mermaid Lane; Wyndmoor, PA 19038 «SUBJECT>J-NMR SILVER SERVICE CONTRACT <SOLNBR>AG-3JL0-SS-18-0001 <RESPDATE>12-05-2017 <CONTACT>Point of Contact, Regina Dennis, Contract Specialist, (215)233-6553 The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS), ERRC, CORE Technologies Research Unit in Wyndmoor, PA, intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order to Agilent Technologies in Wilminton, DE on a sole source basis, to furnish and deliver (FOB) Destination a Service Contract for a Government owned NMR600 Crosslab Silver NMR Excl Magnet to the Eastern Regional Research Center. This will be a firm fixed price contract. The service contract will consist of one year of service on the: NMR600 MY12492101 600MHz VNMRS OR DD2 NMR Standard System CROSSLAB SILVER NMR EXCL MAGNET A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is solely at the discretion of the Government in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 (current as of FAC 2005-96). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS is 811219. The Solicitation number is AG-3JL0-SS-18-0001 and is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This is not a request for proposal. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE.
