Description

The Army Contracting Command-Warren (ACC-WRN), intends to award a sole source contract award to The Mathworks, Inc. for the addition of annual software maintenance for the purchased license under master license 30575488 for the Center for Army Analysis, Fort Belvoir, VA. Quantity is 11 annual subscriptions. An award will be issued for part #s and quantities, as follows: (2) MATLAB MLSMS, POP 01 Feb 2018 - 31 Jan 2019; (2) Curve Fitting Toolbox (CFSMS), POP 01 Feb 2018 - 31 Jan 2019; (1) Global Optimization Toolbox (GDSMS), POP 01 Feb 2018 - 31 Jan 2019; (1) Mapping Toolbox (MGSGS), POP 01 Feb 2018 - 31 Jan 2019; (1) Neural Network Toolbox (NNSMS), POP 01 Feb 2018 - 31 Jan 2019; (1) Optimization Toolbox (OPSMS), POP 01 Feb 2018 - 31 Jan 2019; (1) Parallel Computing Toolbox (DMSMS), POP 01 Feb 2018 - 31 Jan 2019; (2) Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox (STSMS), POP 01 Feb 2018 - 31 Jan 2019. The Mathworks, Inc. is uniquely qualified to fulfill the contract requirements, because it is the original manufacturer of the software. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
