Description

Statement of Work Hematology and Pathology Department Calibration and PM Service Background: The Biomedical Engineering department at VA New Jersey Health Care System is requesting equipment calibration and preventative maintenance services for our Hematology/ Pathology and laboratory department at the New Jersey Healthcare System, East Orange Campus. Period of Performance: One Time Service (when vendor arrives on campus to do maintenance and repair) Time of Delivery: Within 30 days after receipt of order Place of Performance/Place of Delivery: New Jersey Healthcare Systems, East Orange Hematology and Pathology Department 385 Tremont Avenue East Orange, NJ 07018 Scope or Tasks (for services): The contractor shall provide Pathology and laboratory equipment calibration and preventative maintenance. The contract will include these services, as well as minor replacement parts including Aspirate Washer Main Kit, Dispense Water Tubing Maint, Assy, Main Washer, KNF DSX and Bottle Assy, (KNF) for DSX. Any additional charges are not to be just billed separately, but quoted and approved prior to being done. No work or parts used outside of the approved quote is to be completed until a separate PO is given. A PO must be provided before any work can be done. The unit is EE: 95386, SN: IDXC-2773.
