Description

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research to identify potential sources which can provide the following equipment: Lease & Maintenance of Stryker Endoscopy arthroscopes and laparoscopes for a base one-year period, and four one-year option periods covering the following equipment: 4 each 2.7MM 30A degree autoclavable stubby arthroscope w/speedlock 6 each HD 4MM x 30A degree Arthroscope speedlock A/C 3 each HD 4MM x 70A degree arthroscopes, speedlock, A/C 10 each 1488 HD Camera head with integrated coupler 2 each HD 4MM x 0A degree arthroscope speedlock A/C 2 each HD 4MM x 30A degree arthroscope speedlock A/C 2 each HD 4MM x 70A degree arthroscopes, apeedlock, A/C 10 each Precision Ideal Eyes 5.5MM 0 degree, HD autoclavable, laparoscope 30cm 10 each Precision Ideal Eyes 5.5MM 30 degree, HD autoclavable laparoscope 30cm Items must be compatible with current Stryker SDC Integration System. Potential sources having the capabilities necessary to provide the above stated equipment are invited to respond to this Sources Sought Notice via e-mail to Karen Rhodes at Karen.Rhodes@va.gov no later than December 6, 2017. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: company name, address, and business size; point of contact name, phone number, and e-mail address; statement as to being authorized to supply Stryker Endoscopy equipment (or letter stating such from Stryker) and delivery schedule; whether system is presently offered on a current GSA Federal Supply Schedule contract. NAICS Code 339113 is applicable to determine business size standard. Any questions or concerns may also be directed to Karen Rhodes via e-mail.
