GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. Government Expressions of Interest Sought General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:TX City:UVALDE Delineated Area:North - Hacienda Road South - US Highway 90 Eastern East - 4th Street Western West - North Grove Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):794.0 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):794.0 Space Type:Office (794 USF ABOA), Warehouse (0 USF ABOA), Storage (0 USF ABOA), Other (0 USF ABOA), Land (0 USF ABOA), Wareyard (0 USF ABOA) Parking Spaces (Total):2 At No Cost to Government Parking Spaces (Surface):2 At No Cost to Government Parking Spaces (Structured):0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):0 Full Term:15 Years Firm Term:10 Years Soft Term:5 Years Option 1 Term:0 Option 2 Term:0 Additional Requirements:[Enter any Additional Requirement] Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the [100/500] year flood plain. Expressions of interest must include name, address, and telephone number of the individual to be contacted, and evidence of authority to represent the owner.
