Description

AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of this amendment is revise the reference of Q20A/PAR56/1/C to Q20A/PAR56/C in Section B line items and revise attachments 1, 2, 4, 7, and 9. The attachments replace the attachments in Section J of SIR 6973GH-18-R-00028. The SIR response date of 12/8/2017 remains unchanged. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has a requirement for Par-56, 300 Watt, Incandescent Lamps, NSN 6240-01-432-3996, Q20A/PAR56/1/C, 300 watts. The FAA contemplates award of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract with a 1-year base period with four 1-year option periods. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING AND EITHER MAILED, FAXED OR EMAILED TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER. CONTACT INFORMATION BELOW. This procurement is set aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 335110 with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,000 employees. All interested sources should first attempt to download the attached SIR document(s). If downloading is not possible, all requests for copies of the SIR document(s) must be made in writing to the attention of Kevin Gramling, Contracting Officer (AAQ-721), via e-mail at Kevin.Gramling@faa.gov. Proposals are due no later than 5:00 p.m. local time (Central Standard Time), 08 Dec 2017 and must be submitted to FAA via email to Kevin.Gramling@faa.gov. In accordance with SIR Section L provision 3.2.2.3-14 entitled, "Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals," any proposals received after the due time and date of 5:00 p.m. CST, 08 Dec 2017, will not be considered. In addition, if all requested information is not furnished in the offeror's proposal, the offeror's proposal may be determined to be non-responsive and ineligible for consideration for contract award. This SIR/RFO is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of requested proposal documentation.
