- BRAND NAME JUSTIFICATION REQUESTING ONLY CISCO BRAND NAME ALL OTHER ITEMS ARE BRAND NAME OR EQUAL. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 13. This announcement is the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N64267-18-T-0021 and is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). This acquisition is a firm-fixed price and solicited as unrestricted competitive. This is an all-or-none requirement. Partial quotes will be deemed unresponsive and will not be evaluated. The Government will award on a single purchase order to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements as stated in the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government based on the criteria listed in section M of the solicitation. Offerors must be registered in SAM. The associated North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this procurement is 511210 with an associated small business size standard, $38.5M Quotes are due no later than DECEMBER 7 at 12:00PM Pacific Standard Time. Responses/offers shall be submitted electronically, PDF or MS Word Format to Elizabeth.groncki@navy.mil. Quotes must be valid for thirty (30) days after due date. Any amendment(s) issued to this RFQ will be published on this website. Therefore, it is the offerors responsibility to visit this website frequently for updated on this procurement.
