- Atch-12_Wage Determinations Atch-11_Exhibit B_CLIN to PWS Atch-10_Exhibit H_AFI21-101 Atch-9_CJTCSCC Atch-7_AFMC_158 Atch-6_DD1653 Atch-5_Exhibit G_FHAdjustment Atch-4_CDRL Atch-2 PWS Atch-1 GFP Listing Solicitation CY19 MQ-1 Predator/MQ-9 Reaper CLS FA8528-18-R-0001 MQ-1/MQ-9 (Predator/Reaper) Support and Services CY19 This requirement is for the procurement of MQ-1 and MQ-9 Depot Level Support and Services for calendar year 2019. The Government intends to award a sole source contract pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 to General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI). The anticipated contract will have a one year period of performance and will include the following: core management, urgent repairs and services, logistics support, configuration management, technical manual and software maintenance, engineering technical services, contractor field service representative support, contractor inventory control point and supply support/spares management, depot repairs, flight operations support, reliability and maintainability studies/enhancements, maintenance data collection/entry and depot field maintenance for the MQ-1 and MQ-9 (Predator/Reaper) Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) program. Performance of these services is required in the Continental United States (CONUS), outside the Continental United States (OCONUS), and at GA-ASI facilities. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), this serves as notification that all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or proposal which will be considered by the agency. IAW AFFARS 5305.204 and AFI 16-201, potential contractors are advised that foreign participation is not permitted.
