NEWSPAPER ADVERTISEMENT U.S. DEPARTMENT of VETERANS AFFAIRS WANTS TO LEASE SPACE The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease sufficient rentable square footage to yield 9700 to 10,000 rentable square feet in a delineated area within zip code 02907, 02908, 02909 in Providence, Rhode Island for use as Office space. On-site parking is required. A lease for 20 years with 10 years firm and 10 years soft will be considered.
