- Attachment, Watauga District Map Attachment, Unaka District Map Attachments, Exhibits A and B Solicitation, Submittal Copy. Return with your quotation. Solicitation, Offeror's Copy. Retain for your records. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Contractor shall perform road grading services on an as- needed basis on Forest Service roads on the North Zone of the Cherokee National Forest. Contractor will be paid at quoted pricing for actual work performed as assigned through Task Orders. A firm fixed price requirements contract is expected to result from this solicitation. Quantities shown in the Schedule of Items are estimated and are not guaranteed. No minimum amount of work or type of work is guaranteed. More than one award may result from this solicitation. Estimated performance period will be from January 10, 2018 - January 9, 2019. SET-ASIDE: Project is 100% set aside for Small Business. ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE: Between $25,000 and $150,000. PROJECT LOCATION: Watauga and Unaka Ranger Districts, Cherokee National Forest, including Greene, Cocke, Johnson, Sullivan, Carter, Washington, and Unicoi counties, Tennessee. Registration in the System for Award Management is not required for submission of a quote; however, registration must be completed within 5 days of notification of award.
