- 17-R-0011 Solicitation Exhibit-1 CDRLS L-3 Contractor Performance Assesment Questionnaire L-2 Past Performance Information Form L-1 Cost Spreadsheet The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) intends to award a five year Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Level-of-Effort (LOE) contract. The contract will provide weapons technical representative services for Airborne Weapons Systems. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Please note that this notice is for the same requirement that was posted under the sources sought synopsis number N68936-16-R-0037. Any questions pertaining to the solicitation shall be submitted no later than 3:00 p.m. (PST) 5 calendar days after the solicitation is issued. Questions shall be submitted through e-mail to Eric.m.price@navy.mil with the solicitation number as the subject line. Any questions submitted after this time will not be answered. All pertinent questions will be answered in an amendment to the solicitation that will be posted on FedBizOpps Proposals shall be submitted by e-mail to the point(s) of contact listed below no later than 4:30 PM PST 1/08/2017.
