- REQUEST FOR QUOTATION The purpose of this requirement is for a contractor to provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to remove and properly dispose of liquid, sludge and solids in various trenches, sumps and other collection points located at the Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions specified herein. This requirement is issued with a base and four option years. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 562211 and the size standard is $38,500,000.00. TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE AWARD OF PURCHASE ORDER A CONTRACTOR MUST BE ACTIVELY REGISTERED IN SAM (SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT) AT THE TIME OF THE EVALUATION OF OFFERS. NOTE: A SITE SPECIFIC SAFETY PLAN IS REQUIRED TO BE DELIVERD TO THE PROJECT MANAGER WITHIN FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS OF THE RECEIPT OF A PURCHASE ORDER.
