- The solicitation for the Fire Station Alerting System is now attached. The site visit will be at 0900 hours Central Standard Time on 13 December 2017 at 9100 East 46th Street North, Tulsa, OK 74115. The deadline for Requests for Information to be submitted is 02 January 2018 at 1000 hours Central Standard Time. All quotes must submitted by 1000 hours on 08 January 2018 Central Standard Time. Quotes can be submitted to both SMSgt Lonsdale at amanda.j.lonsdale.mil@mail.mil and MSgt Hugueley at david.a.hugueley.mil@mail.mil vie e-mail or delivered in person or via mail to the 138th Contracting office located in the North Side of Building 222 at 9100 East 46th Street North, Tulsa, OK 74115. It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure timely delivery of the quotes. Be advised if mailing the proposal that it takes extra time for proposals to be received due to routing through the mailroom.
