This DRAFT Combined Synopsis/Solicitation package is issued as a preliminary while solicitation documents are processing for their approved release. Additional package documents to be posted, forthcoming, may include, but are not limited to Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL's); final SOO and PWSs (currently in DRAFT); and the final DD254's for the Base Contract and Task Orders 1, 2, and 3. Questions, comments, and suggestions for the DRAFT solicitation are to be submitted to the following email: dtra.belvoir.j4-8.mbx.itss@mail.mil by 11:59pm on Tuesday, 19 December 2017. When submitting questions please follow the format in Section L.1.1.1.
