- JOFOC This requirement is to provide a scalable, robust eGIS platform (IaaS and SaaS) for the HUD enterprise geographic information system (eGIS). This contract will provide four items: 1) Validation of HUD's solution (one-time cost), 2) Implementation of ESRI Managed Cloud Solutions (EMCS) (one time cost), 3) purchase of EMCS (monthly fee), and 4) additional Esri software needed maintain EMCS (purchase plus out year O&M).
