- This requirement is a multi-NSN LTC project consisting of 12 NSNs as follows: 5970000320291 REP AIR KIT, ELECTRIC 5970008122968 INSULATION SLEEVING 5970008142878 INSULATION SLEEVING 5970008199569 INSULATION SLEEVING 5970009541624 INSULATION SLEEVING 5970010245038 INSULATION SLEEVING 5970010444100 INSULATION SLEEVING 5970010850673 INSULATION SLEEVING 5975011014160 STRAP, TIEDOWN, ELECT 5970011354563 INSULATION SLEEVING 5970011616796 INSULATION SLEEVING 5970011631103 INSULATION SLEEVING 5970013514439 INSULATION SLEEVING DLA is soliciting to establish a Firm-fixed, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), Long Term Contract (LTC) with a base period of one year and four, one-year option periods. The total duration of the IQC shall not exceed five years. The solicitation is for support for multiple DOD weapon systems. FOB at Origin. Inspection/Acceptance requirements and delivery schedule will be noted on the solicitation. This requirement will be issued for Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources in accordance with FAR 6.205 Set-asides for HUBZone small business concerns. The proposed contract is set-aside for HUBZone SB concerns. Offers from other than HUBZone SB concerns will not be considered. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
