- PR 0069725204. This solicitation will contain NSN 5865-01-227-0352, FILTER, COUPLER. Request for Proposal SPE4A6-18-R-0328, is for a Firm Fixed Price, Definite Quantity Contract for a quantity of 56 each. Solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition. Delivery: FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0%. The requested delivery will be 150 DARO based on PLT estimate. Approved sources are CAGE 06351, P/N 037-003073-002 and CAGE 26916, P/N 037-003073-002. NSN is not a Critical Safety Item per SAP review December 7, 2017. NSN is not a commercial item. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance. A Subcontracting Plan is required. Formal Cost and Pricing Data is required if the Contract exceeds $750,000.00. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Progress Payments are not included as conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. Synopsis was posted to Federal Business Opportunities on December 7, 2017. Solicitation issue date is December 26, 2017. Solicitation closing date is January 25, 2018. The estimated award date is March 15, 2018.
