Description: This amendment #0001 to solicitation #697DCK-18-R-00032 is issued to incorporate FAA's consolidated response to written questions. All other solicitation content, requirements and supporting documents remain unchanged including the proposal due date of December 18, 2017. This solicitation number 697DCK-18-R-00032 is follow-on from pre-solicitation number 28535. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to award a single construction contract for the replacement of four (4) communication towers in accordance to SOW/Specifications and drawings to contractor with winning offer. The project estimated price range is between $400K - $575K. Place of performance is at Mountain Laurel Sanctuary, Woodstock, CT. In the solicitation document, see Section "J" for list of attachments, Section "L" for proposal submittal requirements and Section "M" for proposal evaluation information. Site visit schedule/requirement information can also be located in Section "L". To be considered qualified and responsive all items listed in Section "L" must be submitted. Offer(s) will be considered using the evaluation approach and factors described in Section œM .
