Description

36C25218Q0121 Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Great Lakes Acquisition Center is procuring RadCalc Dose Monitoring System for an upgrade package to the current RadCalc dose monitoring software. This program is used for quality control item that calculated the treatment time and monitors dosimetric units independently from the treatment planning computer for the Radiation Oncology department at Clement J Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI. The Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to award on a sole source basis to a small business IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) to LifeLine Software, Inc. 2407 Pemberton Place- Austin, TX 78703 as a responsible Small Business source to provide the above-mentioned equipment. The authority for other than full and open competition is FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a single source. The applicable NAICS Code is 511210 and the size standard is $38.5 million. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers, and there is no solicitation available. All responses received by 2:00pm CST on 12/12/2017 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement upon receipt of responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government
