Description
Scope of Work Window Replacement 17 Please see the Scope of Work for more details. Window Replacement Project involves the following A MANADORY WALK MUST BE SCHEDULED WITH THE MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR, CARLO FERRANDO - 918 -519-3619. •1. Contractor will prep and secure the work area. •1.1. Must ensure a secure path •2. Remove and replace 31 single hung aluminum windows in the female dorm •3. Remove and replace 2 fixed aluminum windows female laundry •4. Remove and replace 40 single hung aluminum windows in the male dormitory •5. Remove and replace 17 fixed aluminum windows male laundry room •6. Replacement windows are to be aluminum and energy efficient •7. All windows and fixed windows to be replaced are shown on drawing with room numbers •7.1. All fixtures and equipment specifications must be approved by the Maintenance Supervisor. •7.2. Existing structure is concrete •7.3. Units will be sealed and weather proofed upon completion. •8. Contractor will clean and vacuum work areas daily. •9. All window installs in each room needs to be complete by the end of e ach day, there w ill be no b o arding up. •10. Working hours at job site will be from 7 :30 a.m. to 3 :30p.m., Monday through F riday. •11. Different times may b e considered but must be approved and prearranged with Carlo Ferrando, Maintenance Supervisor. •12. The contractor shall complete all specified work within the specified time. •13. Protect surrounding areas from damage or disfiguration. •14. If on site fabrication is needed, accommodations will be made to allow room for contractor to temporarily set up a table or other means of supporting work for that purpose. •15. The contractor is responsible for maintaining a clean work area always during installation and clean up after installation. •16. Contractor is responsible for verification of all dimensions. •17. Contractor must ensure the storage area on the premises, inside and outside, are secure. The Tulsa Job Corps will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
