Description

The period of performance is two hundred forty (240) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed letter. The Solicitation, Specifications and Drawings will be available at http://www.fbo.gov and the estimated issue date by December 22, 2017 or before. The Magnitude of Construction cost is between $250,000 and $500,000, in accordance with VAAR 836.204 (d). The Product Service Code (PSC) for this procurement is Y1AZ for Construction of Other Administrative Facilities and Service Buildings. This project contemplates the temporary retrofit of the damaged metal deck floor at the canteen kitchen and the metal deck roof. Green Environmental Management System (GEMS) - The contractor selected for award is expected to be a good steward of the environment by complying with federal, state and local environmental laws and other requirements such as medical center policy and project specifications. In addition, the contractor is expected to incorporate pollution prevention and waste minimization into operation.
