Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, hereby gives notice of their intent to award a contract to BNH Expert Software, Inc. 400 Rue Steinberg Saint-Laurent, QC, H4R 2G7, Canada on a sole source basis utilizing FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition, procedures in accordance with 41 USC 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This is a requirement for Software as a service licensing of BNH Advisor Enterprise (modules 1, 3, and 4). It will allow OCC the continued use of their SaaS solution that's supports the development of training for OCC employees through providing job task analysis capabilities. This is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received in writing within three days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the services outlined in this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
