- Wage Determination NO: 2015-5103 Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the Missouri National Guard, Yellow Ribbon Event, 9-11 February 2018 @ Branson, Missouri. Location of Yellow Ribbon Event must be within ten miles of the Branson Missouri. Commercial items are prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W912NS-18-Q-8002 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-87. This procurement is posted unrestricted. The NAICS code is 721110 business size standard is $32.5. The following commercial items are requested: (Please see attached detailed "Statement of Work" for full descriptions of this event and Wage Determination NO 2015-5103). Line Items CLIN 0001: Meeting Rooms/Event Space $ _________ CLIN 0002: 1,948 Breakfast Meals $_______________ CLIN 0003: 1,948 Lunch Meals_$_________________ CLIN 0004: CMRA Manpower Reporting $___________ Evaluation Criteria Award will be based on lowest price/technical acceptable. The MONG reserves the right to award to other than low if the low cannot show appropriate technical, past performance consideration. If offeror cannot show ability to meet the quality and needs of the SOW than the MONG will award to other than low. Payment Terms WAWF will be the mandatory vehicle for this acquisition electronic funds transfer to banking information registered with SAM/Cage Code. The submission will be "INVOICE/RECEIVING REPORT 2-in 1" WAWF registration and online invoicing is now required. Standard payment terms are Net 30 unless a discount is offered. Every effort will be made to expedite payment to small businesses.
