Description

The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), at the Durham VA Medical Center, located at 508 Fulton Street, Durham, North Carolina will be soliciting offers for The Durham VA Medical Center s to to provide chemical treatment, service, complete preventative maintenance (hereafter called PM Service), and on-the-job training for Government owned equipment for the Durham VA Health Care System, 508 Fulton street, Durham, NC 27705. A request for Quote (RFQ) 36C24618Q0084 will be issued on or about December 12, 2017. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The period of performance is January 1, 2018 (or date of award) through December 31,2022 or the base period, with four (4) one (1) year renewal options that can be exercised by the Government. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the offer submission process. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award; contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov. The applicable NAICS Code is 221310 Water Supply and Irrigation Systems with a Small Business Size Standard of $27.5 million. The classification code is J046. The solicitation will be issued as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. All offerors are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Federal Business Opportunities website without further notification from the Contracting Officer.
