- Solicitation The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform 12 PEVEL GIF torque meters.as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform 12 PEVEL GIF torque meters.as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. •Perform annual calibration of 10 GIF F3iS torque meters with a range of ±56000 Nm •Perform annual calibration of 2 GIF F3iS torque with a range of ±81350 Nm •The calibrations performed must fall under the contractors ISO17025 Accreditation and identify as such on services performed.
