Description
The Government awarded a 10 month contract to assess the feasibility of conducting an impact evaluation of paraprofessional reading tutors. The purpose of this design work is to inform a potential future evaluation effort that examines the effectiveness of differing ways to train paraprofessionals who tutor struggling readers. The ultimate study design options must provide information to the field about ways to improve the effectiveness and deployment of paraprofessionals using the most credible scientific study methods. This is a new requirement that not been completed in the past.
