All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following: The anticipated Period of Performance will be one year following Contract award with two option years and includes the following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN): CLIN 0001: Monthly Coliform Bacteria and Chlorine residuals (24 each). Service Contract Act Wage Determination Number 2015-5791, Revision Number 4, dated 07-25-2017, applies to this acquisition and will be incorporated into the resulting contract.
