- Pricing Worksheet Performance Work Statement This solicitation is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement and corresponding attachments constitute the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W912LQ-18-Q-0011 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005- 96, effective 6 November 2017. This procurement is being issued as a Small Business Set Aside (SBSA) under NAICS code 311991 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The Virginia Army National Guard has a requirement for raw subsistence to be delivered to Camp Dodge, Iowa during the period January 12-25, 2018. The attached Performance Work Statement provides additional information regarding the specific requirement. Also attached is a pricing worksheet for use when submitting the price quote. Award will be made to the vendor whose quote is the lowest priced and meets minimum technical requirements. In order to be considered for award, vendors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov. Minimum technical requirements: 12-day menu for complete meals, to include condiments, meeting meal and portion requirements and all minimum federal standards. All questions shall be submitted in writing and received prior to 4:00 p.m. ET, December 18, 2017. Questions should be sent via email to rebecca.l.fowler6.civ@mail.mil. Quotes are due not later than the time and date specified on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website, www.fbo.gov. Quotes should be sent via email to rebecca.l.fowler6.civ@mail.mil.
