Description

NAVSUP Fleet Logistic Center San Diego intends to issue a sole source purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Part 13 to Vector Software, Inc., 1351 S County Trl #310, East Greenwich, RI 02818-5083. The proposed contract action is for Vector CAST/C++ and Vector CAST/RSP annual MH60RS Software Support Activity for the Systems Software Engineering Branch (SSEB) located at Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW). The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-2(b)(1)(i). THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document is available. The NAICS code is 511210 and the applicable business size is $38.5 million. Interested parties shall submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement via e-mail. Requests must include company name, address, POC name, telephone number, CAGE Code, DUNS number, NAICS code, applicable business size, and Tax ID number. Responses are due by Friday, 22 December 2017, 03:00 PM, Pacific Daylight Time, via email.
