This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by Network 10 Contracting, PO Box 492, Ann Arbor, MI 48106 to identify other sources that are capable of providing RSO/Health Physicist Services at the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, 4646 John R. Street, Detroit, MI 48201. Period of Performance: 12 months from date of Award, plus four (4) option years. Services include quarterly reports to the facility on compliance to the NHPP, annual license renewals and amendments; perform annual performance testing of equipment. If this is a service your business can provide respond to this Sources Sought Notice by Friday, December 15, 2017; 3:00 pm (Eastern).
