Description
Pensacola, FL - 7FL2465 Advertisement The U.S. GOVERNMENT seeks to lease the following space utilizing the GSA Leasing Support Services Program (GLS) broker contract to fulfill anticipated 2020 Census Area Office requirements: City: Pensacola State: Florida Delineated Area: See Delineated Area and Map below. ABOA SF: 7,150 Space Type: OFFICE/FLEX/RETAIL Note: The Government has determined that certain existing space conditions are acceptable; for example ceiling, carpet, flooring, and partitions. Please review Exhibit K Acceptable Existing Space Conditions for further detail. Term:19 months total, 11 months firm Parking:2 Reserved Spaces, Parking to local code required on-site or within 3 blocks Unique Requirements: Prospective building cannot have co-located law enforcement agencies (federal, state, or local). Office operations require frequent delivery of supplies and material by truck. The Lessor shall provide a loading area/dock or an acceptable alternative for loading and unloading of large delivery trucks. If the offered space is not on ground level it must have an elevator or acceptable alternative designated for periodic freight use with a minimum door opening of 42 inches. The freight elevator(s) must provide service to the leased premises during the entire Lease term. The leased space must permit deliveries 24/7. Offered space must be contiguous. Space must be available for occupancy not earlier than June 3, 2019 and no later than August 30, 2019 Delineated Area: Beginning ( ) where Escambia River and Escambia Bay intersect, follow Escambia River northwest to where it intersects Thompson Bayou, follow Thompson Bayou southwest to where it intersects Greenbrier Blvd, follow Greenbrier Blvd west, continuing west as it changes to Ten Mile Rd to where it intersects Stefani Rd. Follow Stefani Rd south to where it intersects Nine Mile Rd, follow Nine Mile Rd west to where it intersects Pine Forest Rd, follow Pine Forest Rd southerly to where it intersects Mobile Hwy, follow Mobile Hwy southeasterly to where it intersects N New Warrington Rd, follow N New Warrington Rd southerly, continuing south as it changes to N Navy Blvd to where it intersects Gulf Beach Hwy. Follow Gulf Beach Hwy southwest to where it intersects Sorrento Rd, then continue southeasterly on Gulf Beach Hwy to where it intersects Bayou Grande, follow Bayou Grande easterly to where it intersects Pensacola Bay, follow Pensacola Bay, follow Pensacola Bay east, then north, continuing northerly as it changes to Escambia Bay to where it intersects Escambia River, closing the Area of Consideration. Interested parties must respond as per the submittal requirements below. Lease award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable offer based upon the RLP requirements package. Draft RLP Package documents can be found attached to this FBO notice, for informational purposes only. Expressions of interest must include the following information: 1. Building name and address and location of the available space within the building; 2. Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced; 3. ANSI/BOMA office area-(ABOA) square feet to be offered and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully serviced. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, (if any); 4. Date of space availability; 5. Building ownership information; 6. Amount of parking available and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking, (if any); 7. List of building services provided 8.
