- PR 0071104278 NSN 1670-99-005-0444 Issue Date: January 2, 2018 Close Date: February 1, 2018 CANOPY,EJECTION SEA IAW AIRBORNE SYSTEMS LTD. DBA U1601 P/N GQD 31420 MRI GQ 1456 Manufacture IAW Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to this procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Only Vendors who have access to the data or can provide traceability to the approved sources should bid. Requirement is a 100% unrestricted procurement, utilizing other than full and open competition. Electronic quotes are NOT acceptable for this solicitation. This Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price, Definite Quantity Contract for a total quantity of 866 each. Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) applies. This is a Life Support Item therefore Surplus Material WILL NOT be accepted. Navy Critical Safety Item Higher Level Quality is required. The required production lead-time is after receipt of order (ARO). FOB: Origin I: Origin A: Origin Phased delivery is not requested but acceptable. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. Electronic quotes are NOT acceptable for this solicitation.
