Ft. (ABOA): 19,950 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 22,050 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 11 parking spaces Parking Spaces (Secured and Reserved): 11 parking spaces Parking Spaces (Surface and Reserved): 0 parking spaces Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Additional Requirements: • Offered location must be more than a thousand feet from drug free zones, such as schools, colleges, universities, playgrounds or housing facilities owned by a public housing authority. • Space cannot be co-located within the same building that has pretrial services, probation or public defenders as tenants.
