Description

GPS Simulator Upgrade and Support. Sole Source to Spirent Federal Systems. Solicitation N00421-17-Q-0078 is issued as intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Spirent Federal Systems under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and 13. Spirent is the Software Developer and only known company that can furnish the maintenance and calibration. This notice is intent to Sole Source with Spirent Federal Systems. Vendor must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense contract. This can be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm.
