Description

Preventive Maintenance for X5000 with XWT-225-SE. Sole Source to North Star Imaging. Solicitation N00421-17-Q-0076 is issued as intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with North Star Imaging under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and 13. The requirement is to provide Preventive Maintenance & Software Maintenance Agreement for X5000 w/XWT-225-SE, serial number 15101206 in accordance with the SOW. This notice is intent to Sole Source with North Star Imaging. Vendor must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense contract. This can be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm.
