No additional information or responses are being requested from industry as part of this posting.**** Request for Industry Feedback This request for industry feedback is for the draft Roll-On Conference Capsule (ROCC) Program documents attached to this announcement. These documents have been updated since the ROCC Program's last FedBizOpps posting on 5 Jun 2017 under announcement number FA8614-17-R-0001, Command and Control Capsules for the C-17A Globemaster III. The attached documents are: 1. Draft Statement of Work: Roll-On Conference Capsules for the C-17A Globemaster III Aircraft (updated) 2. Draft System Requirements Document: Roll-On Conference Capsules for the C-17A Globemaster III Aircraft (updated) Please provide feedback regarding the attached draft documents for the ROCC Program via email to steve.bauer.5@us.af.mil by the response date above. Please note that these documents are drafts and are subject to further changes. Once industry feedback is received, the C-17 Program Office will review and consider the feedback for incorporation into the draft request for proposals (RFP) for the ROCC Program, which is currently slated to be released in November 2017. This request for industry feedback does not constitute a request for proposal. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Companies responding to this request for industry feedback are advised that participation does not ensure involvement in future solicitations or contract awards. The Government will not reimburse any company or individual for any expenses associated with preparation or participation in this announcement. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this request for industry feedback. Subsequently, the program has officially been renamed the Roll-on Conference Capsule (ROCC) Program. Please provide comments, feedback, and (or) questions regarding the attached DRAFT System Requirements Document (SRD) and DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) for the ROCC Program via email to steve.bauer.5@us.af.mil by the response date above. Please note that these documents are drafts and are subject to further changes. Once industry comments, feedback, and (or) questions are received and reviewed, the C-17 Program Office will review and respond by updating (periodically) the attached question and answer (Q&A) page to this announcement as an attachment made available for all interested parties/ prospective offerors to view. This announcement will be available for viewing for up to 15 days after the response date. This request for industry feedback does not constitute a request for proposal.
