- This NSN 4810-010578992, DISK,VALVE will be solicited as a firm-fixed price RFP to obtain offer(s) for a single NSN large contract. NO OPTION WILL BE EXERCISED QTY= 6 EA EST. DELIVERY 300 DAYS ADO OR BETTER FOB - ORIGIN I/A - DESTINATION All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. The subject requirement is for acquisition of 1 NSN for the various end items. The solicitation will be available in DIBBS from January 3, 2018 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP Copies of the solicitation will not be available until 15 days after this notice is published in FedBizOpps. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon acombination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. ADEQUATE DATA FOR THE EVALUATION OF ALTERNATE OFFERS IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THE PROCUREMENT AGENCY. THE OFFEROR MUST PROVIDE A COMPLETE DATA PACKAGE INCLUDING DATA FOR THE APPROVED AND ALTERNATE PART FOR EVALUATION. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. The Government may utilize on-line Reverse Auctioning as a means of conducting price discussions under this solicitation. By submitting a proposal in response to the solicitation, offerors agree to participate in the Reverse Auction and their prices may be publicly disclosed, including to other offerors, during the Reverse Auction. An offerr's final auction price will be considered its final proposal revision. No price revisions will be accepted after the close of the Reverse Auction, in accordance with FAR 15.307.
