- Description
- Contents of a Visit Request The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), Space Vehicles Directorate, Integrated Experiments and Evaluation Division (RVE), will host one-on-one sessions at Kirtland Air Force Base, Albuquerque, New Mexico on 10 &11 January 2018 for parties interested in the Research and Development Integrated Space Experiments (RISE) acquisition. The one-on-one sessions will be scheduled in advance and held at the AFRL Collaboration Center, Maxwell Annex. Each session will be scheduled for a maximum of forty-five (45) minutes. The purpose of the one-on-one sessions is to offer industry an opportunity to engage directly with the Government on the RISE acquisition, to ask questions relevant to the draft Request for Proposal documents released on FBO 20 Oct 2017, and to gain greater insight into the Government’s requirements for this acquisition. Attendees must be United States citizens and no more than five (5) personnel per company will be permitted to participate. Interested parties are encouraged to send questions in advance of the one-on-one sessions not later than 4:00p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) on 05 January 2018. Advanced submission of questions is optional; however, providing questions will better facilitate the sessions as the Government will prepare and provide responses. The AFRL Space Vehicles Director or designee will provide a presentation for all one-on-one participants beginning at 08:15 a.m. the morning of 10 January 2018 at the AFRL Collaboration center; all participants are encouraged to attend. Assigned times for one-on-one sessions will be provided at the morning session as well. Interested parties may utilize their assigned session as a time to discuss corporate competencies, to ask questions, or to seek clarification on the Government’s requirements. All parties interested in attending the RISE one-on-one sessions MUST complete a Visit Request (Attachment 1) not later than 4:00p.m. MST on 05 January 2018. Please provide the Visit Request to Mr. Larry Parten via email at larry.parten.5@us.af.mil. No late submissions will be accepted. For questions regarding Visit Requests, please contact Mr. Larry Parten at larry.parten.5@us.af.mil.
