PR Number(s): FD20301800848PLN Line Item: 0001 NSN: 1660011509084 HEAT EXCHANGER,AIR P/N: 191390-2-1, P/N: 191390-2-2, Description: TUBULAR TYPE HEAT EXCHANGER USED TO COOL ENGINE BLEED AIR FOR ACFT ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEM. Supp. Description: Steel Best Estimated Qty: 17.0000 EA Delivery: 2 ea per month between 28 FEB 2019- 28 OCT 2019 On or Before Destn: SW3211,TINKER AFB OK 73145-8000,OK, -. The proposed contract is anticipated to be sole source to Honeywell International Inc. The Government does not own the data, and cannot give instructions for obtaining further information. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency Qualification Requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. The approximate response date of the solicitation will be thirty (30) days after issue. The anticipated award date will be sixty (60) days after solicitation closes. Written and electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. No telephone requests. The solicitation must be printed from FedBizOps by the contractor. This office will not mail solicitations. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service, or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. Note: The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty five-days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Note: It is suggested that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with the described procurement make contact with the firm(s) listed. Note: Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are incomplete or not available and cannot be furnished by the Government.
