Solicitation Number: SPRRA2-18-Q-0061 Set Aside Code: NONE Response date: No telephone requests will be accepted. Formal communication related to this acquisition should be directed to Al Condino, Contract Specialist at al.condino@dla.mil. For request for solicitation, please include solicitation number, the company name, Cage Code, and your direct contact information, i.e., e-mail address, mailing address, and telephone number. PRON: D17H0183D1. The Government proposes to acquire on a ONE TIME BUY (OTB) FIRM FIXED PRICE (FFP) contract with a minimum quantity of 11 each of a CIRCUIT CARD ASSY - (IMPGEN-M) A3; NSN: 5998-01-609-3620; PN: 13646437 applicable to the M-D6 Weapon system. This item is sole sourced to Raytheon Company, CAGE code 05716. This part requires restricted engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. Adequate technical data is available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casl_cmo_home and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS DATA WHICH IS CONSIDERED CRITICAL TECHNOLOGY AND HAS BEEN RESTRICTED FOR RELEASE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT.
