Description

The Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center in Muskogee, OK intends to release Solicitation 36C25918R0151 to remove and replace sidewalks in front of buildings 6 through 10. The Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center requires Construction services from a firm to furnish contract construction services to include all labor, equipment and materials to remove and replace existing sidewalk front of buildings 6 through 10 for project 623-17-005S, Replace Sidewalk front of quarters. Project will be performed in accordance with all the contract terms, conditions, provisions and requirements. The full solicitation will be posted on FEDBIZOPPS www.fbo.gov on or shortly after December 18, 2017. The purpose of this requirement is to remove and replace sidewalks in front of buildings 6 through 10 at the Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center in Muskogee, OK. Work includes but is not limited to the following items; demolition existing concrete sidewalks, grading, compacting, new concrete, general construction and other services as required. This full solicitation will be 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, size standard $36,500,000.00. This requirement is for the Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center in Muskogee, OK. Costs are firm fixed priced and scheduling has enough notification time to allow for the contractor to provide the service. All offerors must be registered in SAMS data base, see https://www.sam.gov and complete online Reps and Certs at http://www.sam.gov. Additionally, successful offeror must be a registered SDVOSB in VetBiz at http://www.vetbiz.gov. Amendments to the solicitation will be posted at this website only.
