ANSWERS TO QUESTION TO RFQ 36C24818Q0225: QUESTION #1 On page 11 of the solicitaion for Fuel Tank Maintenance  36C24818Q0225 under "a."   Technical Information it states;   (In question is the highlighted portion)  a.                             Technical Information 1.           The VENDOR shall provide all labor, tools, materials and specialized equipment to blend fuel additives into the fuel storage tanks at Bay Pines VA HealthCare Center, Bay Pines, FL 33744.Offeror shall confirm that they are an authorized value added reseller for the OEM Smart Facility Software. I am seeking clarification whether this is a requirement of this solicitation and if so the relevancy of the highlighted clause to the requested service of Fuel Tank Maintenance and the PWS for this solicitation. ANSWER TO QUESTION #1 The highlighted information has NO RELEVANCY TO THE RFQ.   The statement has been removed and the RFQ will be reposted without that information.
