Also attached with this update is a revised Draft TEP Matrix. September 5, 2017 **Update to Draft RFP below** The Question and Comment Matrix due date has been extended to September 8, 2017. We will take questions and comments past this due date but it is highly encouraged to submit this matrix no later than September 8. Also inlcuded in this modification is the most updated Draft PWS. August 16, 2017 **THIS IS A DRAFT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL POSTING** This is NOT a request for proposal. This posting is for the Depot On-Site Contract Augmentee Teams 4th Generation (DOCAT4) at Hill AFB, UT. The purpose of this acquisition is to provide maintenance support and related tasks for the Ogden Air Logistics Complex (OO-ALC) Utah and Continental United States (CONUS) Geographically Separated Units (GSU) as outlined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). This requirement will not include personal services or inherently governmental functions. This is also the official pre-solicitation synopsis in accordance with FAR 5.201. This synopsis is prepared in accordance with guidance found in FAR 5.207, and is prepared for the purpose of notifying potential offerors of an upcoming solicitation. Attached to this posting are the following documents in DRAFT status: Solicitation Document FA8224-17-R-0084 Performance Work Statement (PWS) CDRLs Total Evaluated Price (TEP) Matrix Wage Determinations of each location Section L Instructions to Offerors Section M Evaluation Criteria Also, attached is a Question and Comment Resolution Matrix for interested companies to submit questions or comments regarding the posted documents. The Government highly encourages companies to use this form to ask questions and provide feedback on all attached documents. This matrix is due by August 31, 2017 by 4:00 PM MST. Companies are allowed to continue to submit questions and comments after this date. The anticipated contract structure will be a FFP Multi-Award IDIQ with a 5 year ordering period and an option to extend the ordering period 1 year. It is anticipated that task orders will have a period of performance of 6 to 12 months with a 6 month option to extend. The attached solicitation outlines the CLIN structure.
