As stated in the attached RFP, RFP questions are due January 3, 2018 and Phase I Proposals (Past Performance) are due January 18, 2018. The anticipated timeline for this acquisition is as follows. This timeline is not binding on the Government and is subject to change, but is provided in an effort to maximize transparency to facilitate planning on the part of prospective Offerors.
